The Tourism, Hotels & Restaurants Black Sea Company is a joint-stock company arised from the merger of S.C. Eforie S.A. with four other main tourism companies from the Black Sea coast: S.C. Carnen Silva S.A., S.C. Miorita Estival S.A., S.C. Venus S.A., S.C. Saturn S.A.The ample merger process was completed on the 3rd of june year 2004 and in january 2005 the new created company has changed its name in S.C. T.H.R. Marea Neagra-The Tourism, Hotels & Restaurants Black Sea Company. Main activity object of our company is: the performance of touristic services, our administrative units beeing clasified at 4****, 3***, 2** and 1*. The corporation disposes of many acommodation and board units situated in the main resorts of the Black Sea coast: Eforie Nord, Eforie Sud, Venus, Saturn and Neptun.
